Annually, LaRC submits a report to the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) on the Center’s stormwater-related efforts concerning public education, public participation, illicit discharge detection and elimination, construction pollution prevention, post construction stormwater management, and good housekeeping. The General Permit and LaRC’s Program Plan guide the actions that are taken throughout the year.
