The City of Hampton is creating 224 linear feet of living shoreline and planting 2,500 square feet of tidal marsh at Bluebird Gap Farm. The City of Hampton is looking for volunteers to help with planting efforts. Supplies for this effort are being funded under a grant by the National Fish and Wildlife Fund. The grant is a focused effort by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) and local partners to restore Hampton waterways.
