Adding a plant to your office area or home can greatly increase your indoor air quality while adding a little color to your work area. Indoor plants have also been linked to reduced stress levels and increased productivity.

The Clean Air Study found the plants below are effective at removing common air pollutants, such as benzene, formaldehyde, and trichloroethylene, xylene, and ammonia from the air. NASA research also suggests having at least one plant per 100 square feet of the home or office space.
